Hamburg is already the most "multimodal" city in Germany. Personal as well as commercial mobility takes place by rail, air, on footpaths, cycle paths and roads as well as on water ways.
The ITS World Congress (2021), the BMDV's Electromobility Conference (2023) and the UITP Global Summit (2025/2027) already emphasise Hamburg's special significance as Germany's first and only "Model Region Mobility of the Future" under the auspices of the BMDV.
In addition, HEY/HAMBURG has established itself as a regular mobility event for business and politics.
With HEY/MICROMOBILITY, the new and at the same time largest German micromobility event now finds its home port in Hamburg as part of the HEY mobility events, which now also invites all citizens.
Start-ups are already making extensive use of last-mile micromobility and numerous dealers, manufacturers and importers are benefiting from the convenient location at the Port of Hamburg.
Almost at the same time as HEY/HAMBURG and HEY/MICROMOBILITY, the RealLabor Mikromobilität Hamburg (living lab micromobility), the associated micromobility platform microHH for Hamburg citizens and companies, and the election for the "Micromobility of the Year 2023" will be launched in Hamburg.
